Following the event, Angela Magana took to social media to report that, after talking to the police, she had chose to press charges.

UFC fighter Cris "Cyborg" Justino has been cited with misdemeanor battery by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police after a public altercation with another fighter on Sunday. It remains to be seen whether Cyborg will end up in serious trouble over the incident. TMZ Sports' report stated that a doctor at a local Las Vegas hospital diagnosed A.M. with an "acute head injury, cervical strain, and laceration of the lip". She later added that she thought Cyborg nearly immediately regretted the incident. It seems she wants the UFC and matchmaker Sean Shelby to potentially book a fight with Anderson, as Cyborg included them in the tweet as well.

As of the time of publication, UFC officials had not responded to a request for comment on the situation.

It should be pointed out that Cyborg fights at a few weight classes above Magana, but if you're going to poke the bear, prepare to get bit.

The UFC held a fighters retreat over the weekend and had all their stars in one location for festivities. "I was the victim of roid rage (Sunday)". The 33-year-old claims she chose to press charges against the bigger Justino after speaking with police on the scene.
