Pa. man destroys Plinko record on 'Price is Right,' almost goes insane

'Price Is Right' Contestant Goes Bonkers After Setting Plinko Record

'Price Is Right' Contestant Goes Bonkers After Setting Plinko Record

A man named Ryan broke the former Plinko record on The Price Is Right on Thursday. Then he found out that he was going to play Plinko.

But then (then!) after getting $1,000 on his second chip, Ryan managed to land on another $10,000 with his third, a paltry $500 with his fourth, and ... wait for it ... As soon as he nailed his first $10,000, he began to lose it, and he only got progressively more manic with each successive hit. "Oh My God!' finished with a resounding 'Ahhhhh".

"Get another one. Do it again", host Drew Carey responded.

By the time the lucky victor drops the fourth chip and wins another $500, the Millerton, Pennsylvania native has the studio audience chanting along to his name 'RYAN, RYAN, RYAN!'

Ryan's wonderful accomplishment caught the eye of Twitter, which was in awe of him.

It all started when he bid $1 in the first round, screaming out how excited he was to bid one dollar on as if he was living out a lifelong dream (which I'm now 100% convinced he was).

Another, @charlesrobinson shared the video and said: 'More Charles Robinson Retweeted Jennifer X. Williams If you've ever dreamed of owning Plinko on Price Is Right, this is nearly pornographic'. His name is Ryan.

The previous Plinko record of $30,500 was achieved on October 10, 2016 according to Onward State.

The Stockton Police Department, through various social media platforms, has been warning people to avoid coming close to the area until the situation is brought under control.
