Ben Affleck Is Officially Dating 'SNL' Producer Lindsay Shookus

After a family-friendly Fourth of July between recently divorced Hollywood power couple Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner, the duo is making news yet again.

Garner and Affleck signed their divorce papers in April 2017 and asked for joint legal and physical custody of their three children, Violet, Samuel, and Seraphina.

No word on whether Shookus has met Affleck's kids just yet, but the source told ET that if it does happen, "you can be sure the situation will be dealt very delicately".

On Thursday, it was reported that the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice actor is now dating Saturday Night Live producer Lindsay Shookus.

A People magazine report dates their friendship to at least May 2013 when five-time "SNL" host Affleck last appeared on the show.

'Ben and Lindsay started their affair in 2015.

The site quotes a source as saying "Ben made frequent trips to NY over the years to see Lindsay" and that "they always had a strong connection". However, the two have actually known each other for years and were reportedly quite close long before either of them got divorced, multiple sources claimed. She's worked on shows like 30 Rock and won an Emmy for her work on the 40th anniversary SNL special.

"It's more than a summer fling", the insider shared.

"We try our best, we put them first and that's what we do". They even enjoyed a family vacation with their kids in the Bahamas in June. The Affleck-Garner clan were also together during the fireworks presentation. Another day, we caught up with Lindsay as she left her own house, headed to Soul Cycle for a spin class. (Miller has since left and is now the supervising producer for Late Night with Seth Meyers.) E! noted that Shookus and Miller have one child, a daughter.
