Trump Administration Announces Plan To End DACA Program

President Trump struggled with the decision to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, which provides work permits to almost a million undocumented immigrants who came to the United States as minors with their parents, the White House said Monday.

Sanders said that she has spent a lot of time with the president and that she has "always felt respected and empowered" to do her job, adding that Trump doesn't "just put milquetoast women around him".

"During the discussion, View co-host Sara Haines implored Sanders not to label all of the media 'fake news.' But Sanders insisted the Trump administration had the right to call out media outlets that published false information", Raw Story's Eric Dolan reports.

"I think he's an equal opportunity president".

Often, presidents send concepts of legislative fixes, or have their administration work with Congress on legislative language, but Mr. Trump isn't sending any direction to congressional leaders.

Mexico says it "deeply regrets" the Trump administration's decision to phase out a program that shields young immigrants from deportation, and the Mexican government is urging US lawmakers to pass a replacement.

Trump's statement doesn't specify what sort of immigration bill he'd be willing to sign, but he's previously vowed he would "show great heart" in dealing with DACA recipients.

"No second thoughts", the president said.

Which means that she has not just been spewing administration talking points all year, she has been actively, knowingly, and wittingly lying to the American people from the White House.

"We've been clear throughout the process there was not a final decision made until over the weekend because of the back and forth and the complexity of the issue".

Wait, did I say Nancy Pelosi?

President Donald Trump will phase out a program that has protected hundreds of thousands of young immigrants brought into the country illegally as children.

Sessions says the USA needs to have a lawful immigration that "serves the national interest" and the US can not admit everyone who wants to come to the country. This offers Congress ample time to craft a legislative solution, she said. We're creating false perceptions about the president and, frankly, inhibiting his ability to succeed. "I think that they should be - uh - rested and ready to take on some big challenges", she said.

"The president wants to see responsible immigration reform, and he wants that to be part of it", Sanders said.

"It's pretty simple. I think that the American people elected them to do it, and again, if they can't, then they should get out of the way and let somebody else take their job that can actually get something done", she said.
